Bahan-Bahan: Ingredients: 8 kacang watergirl and fireboy 3 panjang (garter) 2 small cucumbers 100g bean sprouts 1 bunch kemangi 1 orange (juice) Bahan-Bahan kelapa Sambal: sambal kelapa ingredients: 1/2 old coconut 2 jeruk purut 100g Bumbu dasar Merah (see recipe) 3 cm kencur 1 tbsp palm sugar 1/2 tsp salt Cara membuat: Preparation: Grate the coconut and cut the Jerup purut very fine. Pound the kencur watergirl and fireboy 3 fine. Mix all ingredients for the sambal well. Heat a wok / wadjan and fry the chilli paste for 1 minute. Cut the beans in small pieces. Deseeded cucumber and cut into small cubes. Pick the leaves kemangi. Mix the vegetables, the kemangi, sambal and orange juice together well and serve.
