Barva danced last weekend to the tune of cimarrana and masquerade, I celebrarndo the XIII National Fair of the Masquerade, neighbors expect fair, large and small. It is a Cato full of artists, musicians and mask makers where art predominates throughout the canton and in their districts.
"It's one of the beautiful activities saksfifthavenue carried out in Barva, seeing the park filled with people of all ages enjoying, masks and music of Maroon is something saksfifthavenue that I am proud our traditions do not die and that transcend identifies a people in their culture, "said Mercedes Hernández Municipal Mayor.
During four days, Barva was the scene of the mask makers of town as Escazú, Alajuelita, Desamparados, Pavas, Aserrí, among others. Fair started Thursday ending March 26 Sunday March 29.
On Thursday March 26 at 7:00 pm was the opening ceremony, the Fair was dedicated to masquerade Hermanos Avila in the masks that were unveiled this year was that of journalist Juan diiego Lopez, Director of Today, Mr Luis Carlos Monge, Channel saksfifthavenue 7 journalist, Mr. William Bonilla, stories Wibert Channel 11 and Delgado, known at the General Store perosnaje Nain, program broadcast by Channel 13.
