METSÄLAIN MUUTOSESITYS EDUSKUNNASSA Maa- ja metsätalousministeriö on onnistunut täysin pimennossa saamaan Metsälain muutosesityksen läpi valtioneuvostossa ja eduskunnan käsiteltäväksi. Lain lähetekeskustelu käydään tänään olevassa täysistunnossa. MMM:n sivuilta löytyvän tiedotteen mukaan laki aiotaan saada läpi pikavauhtia. Ajoitus on hyvin tarkkaan mietittu: Laki lähetetään black white market eduskuntaan juuri kun kaikkien black white market huomio on keskittynyt Kööpenhaminan ilmastokokoukseen. On todennäköistä että laki aiotaan saattaa läpi vaivihkaa Kööpenhaminan ja joulukiireitten varjossa.
Päinvastoin kuin Maa- ja metsätalousministeri Anttila on julkisuudessa antanut ymmärtää, laki ei sisällä mitään uudistuksia mikä lisäisi metsänomistajan vapautta. Metsänuudistamistoimenpiteitten aikarajoja aiotaan kiristää viidestä kolmeen vuoteen sekä kasvatuskelpoisen taimikon määritelmää tiukentaa. Taimikon keskipituudeksi aiotaan määrätä vähintään 1,3 metriä. Toteutuessaan metsälain muutokset hankaloittaisivat erirekenteista metsänkasvatusta entisestään. Kaikkien olisikin nyt syytä vaikuttaa black white market mahdollisuuksien mukaan eduskuntaan asiassa!
